Terms And Conditions

1. Pet Policy

• Pets Allowed: At Sinclair Bay Resort you can bring up to 2 pets as long as they are under 25kg per pet. Please note: There is a $50 fee per pet.
• Side Note: There is a onsite friendly dog called Hokey

2. Onsite Managment

• Sinclair Bay is a secluded property; however, While the property is secluded from the general public, onsite management resides nearby to ensure everything runs smoothly, and on occasions, the property owner may be present in a separate unit. However, both are mindful of guest privacy and are there only if needed. .

3. Vehicle Access 

• Limited Vehicle Traffic: Due to access being through private neighbouring properties, we ask that vehicle traffic is limited to reduce the impact on surrounding enviroment and neighbouring properties.

4. Parties and Group Events

• Strictly Prohibited: Onsite parties or group events are not allowed. We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests.
