About Our Accommodation

Below is a list of the amenities and conveniences provided in each unit:

  • Shared Kitchen/Lounge with Oven, Pantry and applicances: Kitchen area is next to the units and the lounge section comes with a big TV.

  • Clean Bore and rain water: The water is clean but not advised for drinking
  • Septic System: As per any septic system please only flush septic friendly chemicals and items
  • Gas BBQ’s :  There are two gas BBQ’s to choose from and also a wood fired BBQ with plenty of wood around the property if needed.
  • Boat Ramp: There is a onsite boat ramp to launch your boat if needed.
  • Pets allowed : 2 pets allowed max 25kg per pet

What to bring for your stay :

While our Units offer many of the comforts of home, there are a few additional items you’ll want to bring to ensure a perfect getaway:

  • Bug Spray: Being nestled amongst nature is wonderfully relaxing, but don’t forget to bring mosquito and fly repellent to keep those pesky bugs at bay!
  • Drinking Water: We do have clean bore water and mainly run on rain water where possible, but it’s advised to bring your own drinking water.
  • Toiletries: For your convenience, we provide fresh linens, towels, and basic amenities. However, guests are kindly asked to bring their own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and personal toiletries etc.
  • Food and Beverages: You should consider bringing enough food and beverages to support the length of your stay as the closest supermarket is 40 minutes away. We also request limiting traffic as per terms and conditions #3
  • Your Boat: If you have a boat bring it along, we have a boat ramp you can use. (max 6.5 meters) Boat ramp is over sand

Accommodation Costs:

  • Base Rate: $280 per night (for 2 people)
  • Extra Guests: $30 per additional person, per night (Max 4 people per unit)
  • Service Fee: $50 per booking
  • Pet Fee: $50 per pet (Max 2 pets, under 25kg each)

Example 1: 1 Unit for 2 People (2-Night Stay, No Pets)

  • Base Cost: $280 × 2 nights = $560
  • Service Fee: $50
  • Total Cost: $610

Example 2: 1 Unit for 4 People (3-Night Stay, 1 Pet)

  • Base Cost: $280 × 3 nights = $840
  • Extra Guests: $30 × 2 extra people × 3 nights = $180
  • Service Fee: $50
  • Pet Fee: $50
  • Total Cost: $1120
